The scope included foundation construction, in-house manufacturing of 20 m solar high masts, delivery to site, mast assembly and rigging, installation and testing of lighting systems, final finishing, and commissioning.
Challenges:

Unfavourable weather conditions during installation resulted in limited working windows on site, particularly affecting lifting and rigging operations.
Solutions:

To ensure deadlines were met without compromising safety or quality, the installation programme was adjusted and the on-site installation period was extended by 2 days, allowing all work to be completed to specification.
Final Result:

The project was successfully completed with a fully operational solar high mast lighting system. All performance and safety requirements were met, and the client was satisfied with the quality of workmanship and service delivered.
